This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which BrandAds Limited accepts returns, reprints, exchanges, or refunds for products and services purchased through BrandAds Ltd Official Website.

Because most of our products are customized printing and branding items, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.


1. Our Commitment to Quality

At BrandAds Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality printing and branding products. If a product is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our production error
  • Significantly different from the approved design proof
  • Damaged during delivery due to our packaging

we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Possible resolutions include:

  • Reprinting the order
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Full or partial refund

2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

A return or refund request may be approved if the issue is caused by BrandAds Limited, including:

2.1 Defective Products

Products with manufacturing defects or faults that affect their intended use.

2.2 Production Errors

Where the final printed product differs significantly from the approved design proof due to:

  • Wrong material used
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Major printing mistakes
  • Significant color mismatch caused during production

2.3 Damage During Transit

Products damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by BrandAds.

2.4 Non-Custom Products

Standard non-custom items may be returned if:

  • They are unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned in their original condition.

3. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing services, the following cases are not eligible for refunds or returns unless caused by our error:

3.1 Customer Errors

This includes:

  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes in submitted artwork
  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer
  • Low-resolution images or poor-quality logos
  • Incorrect size, material, finish, or quantity selected by the customer

3.2 Color Differences

Color variations between:

  • Digital screens (RGB)
  • Printed output (CMYK)

These differences are normal in the printing process.

3.3 Change of Mind

Orders cannot be returned or refunded if the customer changes their mind after production has started.

3.4 Used or Altered Products

Products that have been:

  • Used
  • Damaged by the customer
  • Altered after delivery.

3.5 Third-Party Delivery Delays

BrandAds is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external courier services once the order has been dispatched.


4. Return & Refund Request Process

Step 1: Report the Issue

Customers must report any issues within 5 calendar days after receiving the order.

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Step 3: Review & Assessment

Our team will evaluate the claim and may request the defective product to be returned for inspection.

If the error is confirmed to be ours, return shipping costs will be covered by BrandAds.

Step 4: Resolution

If approved, BrandAds may:

  • Reprint the product at no cost
  • Offer store credit
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

Because most items are custom printed:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once design work or production has started.
  • Non-custom orders may be cancelled before dispatch, possibly subject to a processing fee.
